# Chain

Spacy has chosen Arbitrum for its smart contracts and wallet solutions, identifying it as the most optimized and extensive Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) among all Ethereum Layer 2 solutions. Spacy's storage solutions, including both cold and hot wallets, as well as the staking smart contract, are all based on Arbitrum, along with the $SPACY token.

Initially, Spacy's smart contracts for deposits and withdrawals, which act as the entry points for funds into the virtual layer, only support ETH on the Arbitrum blockchain. However, future updates will enable these smart contracts to incorporate LayerZero endpoints. This will allow for the deposit and withdrawal of funds to and from other Ethereum Virtual Machines (EVMs), while still keeping Spacy's storage solutions on Arbitrum. A bridge will be added to facilitate deposit and withdrawal transactions.
